Senior Know How

Did you ever want to know more about your family history or try your hand at yoga? Or, maybe you need help wading through retirement strategies or veteran benefits. Reflection Pointe Gardens is hosting Senior Know How sessions to educate and introduce seniors to a variety of topics. All of the no cost, hands-on workshops are offered on Wednesdays from 10 - 11 a.m. at Reflection Pointe Gardens, 10900 N. Eastern Rd. in Oklahoma City. Registration is recommended and attendance is limited.  Refreshments will be served at all events. Call (405) 843-2099 or email info@reflectionpointe.net to reserve space.
